You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and use jijil3. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
All transactions on jijil3 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. jijil3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses offered by jijil3 are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. jijil3 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Creating multiple accounts, using automated software, exploiting technical errors, and engaging in fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jijil3 ("jijil3," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jijil3 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jijil3.com. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use jijil3. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR. jijil3 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify player age during registration.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The jijil3 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jijil3. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jijil3 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. jijil3 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to verify the identity of all players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jijil3 as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jijil3 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify jijil3 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jijil3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 jijil3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified jijil3 of a security breach in a timely manner.
3.4 jijil3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jijil3 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on jijil3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jijil3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the cashier section. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your jijil3 account, or to a verified account in your name. jijil3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the cashier section.
4.4 Funds Ownership. You confirm that all funds deposited into your jijil3 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jijil3 complies with all applicable AMLA reporting obligations.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. jijil3 will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.
5.1 jijil3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
5.3 jijil3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, jijil3's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means that jijil3 determines to be abusive may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.5 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. jijil3 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
6.1 All games available on jijil3 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.2 jijil3's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Certification details are available upon request.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, jijil3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jijil3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 jijil3 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by fraud, collusion, or technical error. In such cases, jijil3 will notify affected players and process any applicable refunds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijil3 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
8.1 All content on the jijil3 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of jijil3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jijil3 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jijil3 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijil3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
9.2 jijil3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jijil3's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
9.3 jijil3's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jijil3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 jijil3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. jijil3 provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
10.2 Players who wish to set limits or request self-exclusion may do so through their account dashboard or by contacting jijil3 customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period specified by the player.

11.1 jijil3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by jijil3's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering on jijil3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to jijil3's legal obligations under AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.
12.1 jijil3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
12.2 Your continued use of the jijil3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jijil3's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
13.3 Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting jijil3's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
